The autonomous Gay Department of the General Students’ Committees at Heinrich Heine University and Fach- hochschule Düsseldorf (Düsseldorf’s University of Applied Sciences) is lo- cated right on the university’s Schwan- ensee campus. The SÜT hotline for gay victims is of- fered by Düsseldorf’s AIDS Federation (AIDS-Hilfe Düsseldorf) in cooperation with Cologne’s communication centre Rubicon.
