Our Blog Highlights 2021 #3

We look back on an exciting year. Throughout the year, we provided you with 141 blog stories from gastronomy, culture and fashion. We asked our colleagues what their highlights were from the "Düsseldorf Stories" year 2021.

Nicole, what was your favorite blog post?

Dining & Going Out - great tips for every budget and taste. 

What blog post inspired you to try something new? 

"Six new gastronomic openings that will take you on a trip around the world" I can especially recommend Taverne Eleon. The food is a real highlight, but the atmosphere is also great. It's best to order only appetizers and then try them all. Definitely makes you want to go on the next trip to Greece and bridges the time until then. The 5P restaurant has also been a great tip. The best sweet potato fries in town, great burgers and bowls and the spirit of Pine Street. Cool address.

Other than that, what are your favorite topics on the blog? 

Here, outdoor tips interest me the most, because I like to be out and about - Corona booster for the immune system. Although I'm from Düsseldorf and already know most of the places suggested, the tips inspire me to visit them again. For example, I recently went for a walk in the beautiful Neandertal valley after a long time.

Who was the last person you recommended our blog to?

A friend who is interested in craft beer. Holy Craft is one of the best places in town.

What blog article would you like to see in 2022? 

I have lots of ideas there 🙂
