More and more designers and manufacturers of clothing, accessories and care products are also paying attention to fair and sustainable production. We have looked around for you in Düsseldorf for concept stores where you can find "green" fashion & more.

Recycled, reusable, durable or resource-saving - every item in the lifestyle-oriented family concept store qnOOtsch has at least one characteristic that identifies it as sustainable. In addition, the story behind the products is important to owners Rebecca and Christian. For almost all of their 100 or so brands, they know the makers and the people behind them.

Whether casual street style, urban chic or elegant outfit - at YAVANA you will find environmentally conscious produced and fairly traded organic fashion. Much of the clothing is made from natural materials and is of high quality. The fact that owner Margarete Riemer is doing everything right with the careful selection of her labels is shown by the award of the FA!R Trade Prize 2014.

"Everyone can contribute a little bit to keeping the world livable," thinks Daniela Perak, and since 2016 she has been selling fair fashion and pretty little things in her boutique roberta. located in a courtyard on Nordstraße . Daniela attaches great importance to the quality of the materials. That's why you're sure to find great favorite pieces that will stay with you for a long time at her labels like Armedangels, Embassy of bricks & logs or Thought.

From street to office wear

The store green guerillas, founded in Cologne, has also had a branch on Ackerstraße in Flingern since 2016. Here you can find green and fairly produced fashion from around 25 local and international labels such as Evermind, KnowledgeCotton Apparel or Veja. The carefully selected assortment consists mainly of natural fibers, environmentally friendly regenerated fibers from renewable raw materials or recycled materials.   

Upcycling bags and urban shirts

You love something special? Soulgoods Düsseldorf does too. That's why you'll find plenty of unique items from sustainably and fairly produced manufacturers in the store on Nordstraße. Here you can have textiles printed with your own designs or choose an unusual bag from Zirkeltraining or Feuerwear®, which in its former life was once a gym mat or a fire hose. There's also urban fashion and shoes.

Limited edition message shirts

Marion Kanka describes herself as authentic and cosmopolitan. With these qualities, she fits wonderfully into the fashion industry, first working as a designer and creative director. And finally founded her own fashion line: BE.ZIRK zero two. In her concept store in Flingern, she sells not only a few third-party labels, but also her own vegan shirts with eye-catching prints.
