Düsseldorf is full of places whose significance can only be understood by those who know about their history. Fateful encounters took place here, crimes were planned or committed and later punished in court. Christian Herrendorf and Hans Onkelbach are experienced journalists and editorial directors. In early 2021, they co-founded the online newspaper VierNull, which offers well-researched and written stories from Düsseldorf - and a true-crime podcast called "Kohle, Knast und Kaviar" ("Coal, Jail and Caviar")
