The construction of the Underground (Wehrhahn line), redevelopment of the northern end of Königsallee, Jan-Wellem-Platz with demolition of the steel flyover – these are just a few examples of the changes in Düsseldorf’s city centre. Many new building projects will be part of our daily lives for years to come and will give the city a new image.

Our guided walk begins at the "Kö-Bogen-Pavillon", the visitor centre of the Werhahn line at Schadowplatz. Our expert guides will then show you the most important building projects in the city centre alongside the projected new Underground line. The tour will end at the future Underground station Graf-Adolf-Platz.
Please note that, for security reasons, the tour will not be able to allow you access to barred building sites.
