At the end of each year (22 November to 23 December 2012), Düsseldorf's Christmas Market, one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany, casts a spell on Düsseldorf's city centre and turns it into a unique experience for visitors.
The Christmas magic will be individually staged at six locations simultaneously. In the city centre, artistically designed theme worlds invite visitors on a trip of exploration. Seasonally decorated huts will for five weeks turn the city into a winter's fairy tale for the whole family. More information at the website.

Opening times: 22 November to 23 December 2012, daily from 11.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. (Sundays to Thursdays) and to 9.00 p.m. (Fridays and Saturdays). Closed on Sunday, 20 November (Sunday commemorating the dead)!
