The "Theater der Klänge" (theatre of sounds) is a music and dance theatre, celebrating its 25-year-old anniversary in 2012. Since 1987 the theatre releases one new creation per year and subsequently goes on tour. The ensemble understands itself as an artist theatre and is always looking for new compositional approaches of multimedia stage forms.
Despite the combination of music, theatre, dance and video the created pieces are always aesthetic and humorous.
 The ensemble primary perfoms at the Forum Freies Theater or at tanzhaus nrw in Düsseldorf.
